Yazoo City Municipal School District Kindergarten Round-Up
The Yazoo City Municipal School District is excited to announce the Kindergarten Round-Up 2025-2026 Registration, taking place on March 22, 2025, at McCoy Elementary School. This is an excellent opportunity for parents and guardians to enroll their children in kindergarten for the upcoming school year.

Location: Jevonne Keller McCoy Elementary School
During this event, parents will have the chance to:
Complete registration for kindergarten.
Learn about the district’s kindergarten programs and curriculum.
Receive information about important school year dates and events.
🏫Eligibility: Children who turn 5 years old on or before September 1, 2025, are eligible to attend kindergarten in the 2025-2026 school year.
Please bring the following documents to complete your child’s registration:
Child's birth certificate (copy)
Child's Social Security Card (copy)
Immunization records
2 Proofs of residence (property deed/lease agreement and utility bill)
Parent or guardian’s ID
